Access Survey Results via Perceptyx
Log into the Perceptyx system to access additional tools and resources for people leaders. These include a presentation of your results, a leader guide with step-by-step instructions on sharing results with your team, and how-to videos for navigating the Perceptyx platform.

Inputting Engagement Goals in Workday
Engagement goals will be tracked to ensure that all employees have at least one engagement-related goal entered in Workday. Leaders are responsible for confirming goals are appropriately cascaded and documented.
Entering engagement goals in Workday:
Leaders must upload related engagement goals for their employees into Workday to ensure visibility, accountability, and alignment with performance planning. To support this work, review the leader call to action on the HUB.
