Technologies to Keep You Safe

The University of Miami has developed new technologies that enable our students, faculty, and staff to safely return to our campuses. To protect the public health of the University, all members of the community are required to adhere to safety standards established for the campuses and the workplace.

Daily Symptom Checker

The daily symptom checker is required for all employees on the medical campus (including satellite locations) where clinical care is provided per OSHA regulations. Employees must complete the symptom checker prior to entering clinical care facilities. UHealth patients must still be screened before entering any hospital or clinic facility.

As of May 26, 2021, use of the daily symptom checker is no longer required for University of Miami students, faculty, and staff to enter University buildings at the Coral Gables and Marine campuses.
