In September 2023, the University of Miami's Information Technology (IT) at the Academy team conducted a survey focused on understanding the satisfaction levels and experiences of students, faculty, and staff on the effectiveness, reliability, and user-friendliness of various University software and IT services to inform future improvements and address any areas of concern.

IT @ the Academy Pulse Survey 2025

In early 2025, a follow-up mini-survey called the IT @ the Academy Pulse Survey was conducted. It was designed to quickly gather feedback on recent IT services and measure user satisfaction. The results of this survey are now being used to guide continuous improvement efforts and shape the future of IT at the University of Miami.
