Supporting You in Teaching with Canvas This Fall

Welcome! Thank you for stepping into Canvas early. This guide is here to ensure you have what you need—from logging in, to course migration, to third-party tools and support.
Faculty who volunteered to teach on Canvas in Fall 2025 are considered early adopters. Many of you have prior Canvas experience or participated in UM’s Canvas pilot. If you're ready and comfortable using Canvas, you can start exploring right away. Log in to Canvas at canvas.miami.edu with your University of Miami credentials.
