Log into the Perceptyx system to access additional tools and resources for people leaders. These include a presentation of your results, a leader guide with step-by-step instructions on sharing results with your team, and how-to videos for navigating the Perceptyx platform.
People Leaders: Access Results via Perceptyx
For IT, team action plans must be entered directly into the Perceptyx platform by EOD Tuesday, April 7, 2026. Please ensure that:
1. On the Perceptyx main page, you will see "View Action Plan" on the toolbar located on the left of the screen.
2. Once you click on "View Action Plan," select "Create Action Plan" and fill out all applicable fields.
Note: If a leader did not have five (5) or more responses on their Perceptyx survey, they will not see the "Action Plan" option, and they will not need to enter their action plan in the Perceptyx platform. However, they will still need to enter their goals in Workday.
Engagement goals will be tracked to ensure that all employees have at least one engagement-related goal entered in Workday. Leaders are responsible for confirming goals are appropriately cascaded and documented.
Leaders must upload related engagement goals for their employees into Workday by EOD Tuesday, April 7, 2026, to ensure visibility, accountability, and alignment with performance planning. These goals should:
