We're excited to announce that the University of Miami has expanded its Microsoft Office 365 license to provide UM faculty, staff, and students with access to the best Office 365 tools available!
In addition to our current Office 365 license—which includes Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, Teams, OneDrive, Skype for Business, SharePoint, Yammer, Sway, Forms, Booking, and much more—the expansion includes additional productivity features and tools, such as:
Power Business Intelligence (BI) Pro
- Power BI Pro for faculty and staff is a business analytics service that delivers insight to enable fast, informed decisions. Using Power BI Pro, you can transform raw data into stunning visuals, collaborate on and share customized dashboards and interactive reports, and visually explore and analyze data. (Note: the Power BI Pro license is only available to active UM faculty and staff. Power BI is available to all UM students.)

MyAnalytics
- Explore your work patterns with MyAnalytics and learn ways to work smarter—improving your focus, wellbeing, network, and collaboration. MyAnalytics uses scanning technology to analyze your calendar and email habits to help you understand and improve your work patterns, stay on top of tasks and emails, and follow-up with important people.
