As previously communicated, access to the legacy mainframe system was disabled on Saturday, March 30, 2019. In order to ensure that all day-to-day processes run smoothly, including year-end closing, we created a new Archival Data Request Service (ADRS), which provides access to archival data hosted in the mainframe, upon request. Our goal is to ensure that access to archival data is completed as quickly and securely as possible.
If you require access to archival data in the mainframe, please fill out the ADRS report request form in UService (the University's IT service management system). Once the request is approved by the managing department(s) (employee data - HR, financial data - Controller's Office), you will receive the requested report.
