How do I reach the UMIT Service Desk by phone?
Please call (305) 284-6565.
Can I email my request instead?
Yes, you can send your request to help@miami.edu. Please provide as much detail as possible to ensure your incident gets triaged effectively.
Are the Office of Research Administration (ORA) and Research IT (RIT) still involved to assist with InfoEd support?
Both offices are still very involved with support. The UMIT Service Desk triages calls to either team dependent on the nature and complexity of the issue.
