Procurement Hardware

The UMIT Procurement Hardware team works with UM Supply Chain to select manufacturers and vendors, and negotiate pricing of computer hardware, in addition to working with UMIT groups to set and maintain UM standard computer hardware requirements. The team assists the UM community with: configuration, quoting, ordering, receiving, delivery, and returns of computer hardware; reviews/approves hardware purchase requests; and records computer hardware in an asset management system.
