Content Management

Content Management is a comprehensive IT resource for managing information, the most important strategic resource that an organization has to manage. The University purchased Hyland's OnBase products for use by all departments. Content Management's goal is not recreating what you have been doing, but to innovate and improve on what you could be doing, to save time, space and to move the University forward.

The University's Content Management team will help departments analyze their current business environment and implement an infrastructure which will facilitate access, archival and retention of your departmental data. We will design working applications to improve use and security of data. Benefits include:

  • Work flow designed to meet individual department needs
  • Provide automatic redaction of sensitive information
  • Ease of accessibility to important data
  • Freeing up space currently used for storing paper documents
  • Eliminate the need to store paper documents
  • Improved return on investment
