Enterprise Content Management (ECM) is a comprehensive Information Technology resource for managing information, the most important strategic resource that an organization has to manage. The key components of ECM at the University of Miami are: Document Management and Report Distribution.

The University has purchased Hyland’s OnBase products for use by all departments. We have an enterprise license for the University so there is no additional cost when adding departments.

ECM's goal is not recreating what youhave been doing, but innovate and improve on what you could be doing, to save time, space and to move the University forward.

The University's ECM team will help departments analyze their current business environment and implement an infrastructure which will facilitate access, archival and retention of your departmental data. We will design working applications to improve use and security of data. Benefits include:
