UService is a Software as a Service (SaaS) Technology Platform provided by ServiceNow. UService's intuitive user interface provides ease of functionality and access to assist customers in a fast, efficient manner. The innovative features of UService allows users to access the system through any browser. Additionally, answers to common questions can be searched in the Knowledge base. Providing the foundation for IT Service processes, the Incident Management Application is a core component of UService. This allows all technology service requests to be channeled from multiple areas within UMIT to a centralized Service Desk.
