Description

To request Telecommunications services, prepare a Telecommunications Service Requisition (TSR) form detailing the services and/or equipment needed and forward to the Department of Telecommunications. For more infomation, please contact the UMIT Service Desk at (305) 284-6565 or help@miami.edu.

Features/Benefits

  • TSR’s must show the department name, work location, contact person’s name, phone number, e-mail address, and account number to be charged for the one-time and/or monthly recurring costs. Please submit one TSR per recurring account number and email to: help@miami.edu. For easy online submission, please submit a request for IT Telecommunications Service (RFS) via the UMIT Self-Service portal.
