Office 365 (O365) refers to subscription plans that include access to Office applications plus other productivity services that are enabled over the Internet (cloud services), such as Lync web conferencing and Exchange Online hosted email for business, and additional online storage with OneDrive and Skype world minutes for home. 

Restrictions

  • Faculty/Staff: All faculty and staff provisioned under Office 365.
  • Students: All students provisioned under Office 365. 
  • Alumni: All alumni provisioned for limited Office 365 services – includes use of email, calendar, and contacts only.

Licensing

  • Students: Licensed for use by currently enrolled, for credit, degree seeking students for personal non-commercial use.
  • Alumni: Licensed for use of email, calendar, and contacts only.

Costs

  • There is no cost to use this software.
