 The Microsoft Faculty/Staff Select Agreement (vendor: Microsoft) offers the following software titles at greatly discounted prices:
  • Windows 7 Professional Upgrade (32bit) - $79.00
  • Office 2010 Professional for Windows (32/64bit) - $79.00
  • Office 2011 for Mac - $49.00

License Information

The University has entered into a Faculty/Staff Select Agreement with Microsoft Corporation for all University faculty/staff.

The Microsoft Terms and Conditions of the Microsoft Faculty/Staff Select Program are as follows:

  • You are a current full or part time faculty/staff member at the University of Miami.
  • You may purchase only one copy of EACH version of Faculty/Staff Select software identified above.
  • That your purchase is for personal use and may not be sold or transferred to another person.
  • In addition to installing on a desktop computer, you may install a second copy of Office on a notebook for your exclusive use. Windows XP installations are restricted to ONE machine ONLY.
  • Faculty/Staff Select software must be installed on a computer under the control of the eligible faculty/staff member.
  • Purchasing funds must be provided by the eligible faculty/staff member.
